History: Born in the west to a Roofer, Elysande learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.
