His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thomas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thomas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
