History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Emeny is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emeny does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Emeny was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Emeny was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Emeny's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.
