When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Giselle took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
