History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His tied-back hair is black. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
