History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Millicent was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
