Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born to a Baker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is unsatisfied with her job
