Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Griselda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: She is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Her black hair is matted, messy, and big. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Juliana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
