Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sybil lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Servant, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Junk Dealer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
