History: She got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roland's homeland. Roland decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and expand his business

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Bernard has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars, and he perpetually has his hammer ready. His red hair is lengthy. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
