She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. After coming to the age of reason, Alexandre took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alexandre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Oriel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.
