History: Diggory hails from a village terrorized by drow. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ida took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
