History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
