History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Matilda was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Knight. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Mortician.

History: She is a Lycanthrope in disguise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
