Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Griselda reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Griselda and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Performer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Oriel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oriel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
