History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world
