History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Norman alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Norman was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
