History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Margery and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering her clean studded leather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'4" when asserting herself. She has wavy silver hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Jane was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jane decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
