History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Through the years after Cecily was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cecily's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
