History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aline grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aline. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Server. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
