Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Millicent studied abroad. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Millicent was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care.
