Description: He stands about 5'11" and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He takes great joy in being the best Scribe in town.
History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A freak accident while working with his Jeweler mother left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a brown shirt, with a violet mid length shorts with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born in a small island village. Alex liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
