History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Cecily was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cecily's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
