History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
