History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north to a Knight, Wymar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Wymar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
