History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Beatrice was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
