Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, John embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anthony alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Servant.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult

She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Herleva was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This malnourished woman tends to wear a large white jacket. She has wavy blonde hair. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
