History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He tends to his Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
