Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Tim was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shoemaker. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: Bertram was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
