Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is short and auburn. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Merchant. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Millicent was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Millicent's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a green vest and prefers grey and tan shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her top green hat.
Personality: Ida is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: He wears an entirely red suit with pastel socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly flails and daggers. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Godfrey grew up listening to his father's many stories. Godfrey was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Godfrey decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
