History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
