History: Born to a Weaver, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She takes great joy in being the best Unemployed in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
