History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Shipwright.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Katherine and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Slave Trader first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
