History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Dilettante born in the past three hundred years. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Elysande is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Elysande studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
