Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Manfred was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Manfred's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
