History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Hadwisa never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: He is a husky man, who is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Percival's homeland. Percival decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
