She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Mary was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Clerebold was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Clerebold's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Cartwright soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to unite with his sister

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
