History: Jane hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
