History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
