History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now owns his own business.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable
