History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Sarah was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to prove his worth to the world
