History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Glassblower father left her crippled. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Jacoba enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
