Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Avice has worked very hard to control her curse. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Maynild was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Maynild and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
