History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Gilbert was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Blacksmith. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to find somewhere to settle down
