History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Roofer for the past few years.

History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Cecily learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
