He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helen embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Helen was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
