History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Joan was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and wishes to resurrect an old love
