Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She comes from a rich western family. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Spy.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Juliana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
