History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She has wavy red hair. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eleanor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eleanor. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
