History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Egelina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
